Refund Policy
At CCIM Alaska Chapter, we value your participation in our live events and strive to provide a valuable experience. To ensure the smooth operation of our events, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Registrant Cancellation:
Cancellation with More than 48 Hours' Notice:
If you need to cancel your registration for an event and provide us with notice at least 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time, you will automatically receive a credit. This credit can be exclusively used for future CCIM Alaska Chapter events. Please note that cash refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
Cancellation with Less than 48 Hours' Notice:
For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice before the event's scheduled start time, no credits will be issued, and cash refunds will not be provided.
CCIM Alaska Chapter's Right to Cancel:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, the CCIM Alaska Chapter reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, registrants have the following options:
Full Monetary Refund: Registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid for the canceled event.
Credit on File: Alternatively, registrants can keep a credit on file with the CCIM Alaska Chapter, which can be applied to future events we host.
Re-scheduling: We will consider rescheduling the event to a later date, and registrants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event. If the rescheduled date is unsuitable for registrants, they can choose the refund or credit option.
Please note that any credits issued are non-transferable and can only be used for CCIM Alaska Chapter events.
